I was raised in a world where numbers spoke louder than words. Becoming a Chartered Accountant and an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus, I found myself surrounded by formulas for success. But over the years, I learned — life isn’t linear, and neither is growth.

My first chapters were written in the mining and power sectors. As a strategist and later Director at EMC Ltd, I was entrusted with navigating the toughest terrains — financially and operationally. I didn’t just crunch numbers; I solved crises, realigned teams, and turned around fortunes.

But something stirred within. India, I realized, doesn’t just need electricity. It needs empathy. Equity. Empowerment.
